The brand entered a new era in 1954, participating in the reconstruction of post-war Italy through innovative collaborations with renowned architects and designers such as Gio Ponti, Le Corbusier, Pierre Jeanneret, Charlotte Perriand, and Franco Albini. Cassina was the first to produce emblematic collections such as the LC Collection by Le Corbusier, Jeanneret, and Perriand, redefining furniture standards with pieces like the LC2 armchair and LC4 chaise longue.
